    • After announcement of memorandum of mutual understanding related to both parties’ ICT business signature on late May, Acer Inc. and Founder Tech are now further strengthening their long term PC business cooperation: Acer will be responsible for the operation of most of the Founder branded PC business, in terms of the planning, marketing and supply chain management of PC products for the Chinese Market. The Suzhou Factory of Founder will continue to provide supports to the manufacturing of PC products. Founder Tech will co work with Acer on the development of products for the local market. Furthermore Founder will also act as Service Provider  for Acer’s after sell service network.
